Permission to Use Photos

We would love to post photos of your pets alongside the yarn that is produced from them. If you’d like to give The Fuzzy Farm permission to post a picture of your pet, along with your pet’s name, please print out this form, sign and date it, and include it with your hair. You can send us a photo of your pet with your hair or you can email us a jpg file.

I grant permission for The Fuzzy Farm to place a photo of my pet on the The Fuzzy Farm website. I understand that The Fuzzy Farm will only publish the photo and my pet’s name: no other personal information will be used.

Privacy Policy
